2019 has been a brilliant year for The Behavioural Architects so far. We have never been busier and we’ve had the privilege of working on some incredibly cool projects with amazing clients.
So, as a cherry on top of the first half of the year, we are pleased to report that TBA have won not one, but two, new awards for our work.
In May, Crawford gave a presentation at the ESOMAR Asia Pacific Annual Conference, organised to celebrate innovators, influencers and insight professionals working within the Asia Pacific Region.
He talked about the important work TBA Australia have been doing, working with the Australian Council for International Development using behavioural insights to reduce unrequested donations after natural disasters (read more about this work here).
It was wonderful to receive the award for Best APAC Conference Paper 2019 and fingers crossed as we move into the final round of Best Conference Paper in the Global category.
Then, still riding on the high from this win, Crawford attended the Market Research Society Annual Excellence Awards 2019 which celebrate those who have added substantially to the body of market research knowledge in the previous year.
We were up against some strong competition, but our work with The Big Issue – encouraging people to both pay for and take the magazine, managed to win us our second award: Best Presentation 2019! This presentation was given jointly with Lara McCullagh from The Big Issue and demonstrated the practical applications of behavioural science to complex consumer challenge.
It’s safe to say we’re all extremely proud of the hard work and dedication of the global TBA team, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2019 will bring!
