Many of you have probably set new year's resolutions, setting out with the best intentions…
But, 80% of people quit their new year's resolution by February - So what might help you avoid this pitfall, and keep your new year’s goal or habit on track?

Here we discuss an often overlooked part of building a habit which is the importance of context, and in particular the cues we use to prompt a behaviour. However, not all cues are equal…
So, in this article we summarise recent research on what makes or distinguishes a successful cue, and how you can use these findings to supercharge your habit creation!
